چکیده

In this paper, a novel single-input three-output (SITO) second-order multifunction active voltage filter with high-input impedance is proposed. The proposed circuit is based on using the recently reported active building block, namely differential difference current conveyor transconductance amplifier (DDCCTA). It employs one DDCCTA as active element together with one grounded resistor and two grounded capacitors as passive elements. The circuit still maintains the following advantageous features : (i) the simultaneous realization of lowpass, bandpass and highpass responses from the same topology, (ii) no requirements for component matching conditions, (iii) electronic controllability of important filter parameters, (iv) simpler structure due to contains only one DDCCTA and three passive elements, and (v) low sensitivity performance. The non-ideal gain effects of the developed filter are examined and PSPICE simulation results are included using 0.5 μm MIETEC CMOS technology parameters.

A Novel Multifunction CFOA-Based Inverse Filter

We present a novel multifunction inverse biquad configuration based on current feedback operational amplifiers (CFOAs) and grounded passive elements. The proposed scheme can be used to realize inverse lowpass, inverse bandpass and inverse highpass filter functions. The relevant coefficients of the inverse filters are orthogonal adjustable by independent passive elements. All the passive element...

A Current-Mode Single-Resistance-Controlled Oscillator Employing VDCC and All Grounded Passive Elements

Realization of a novel single-resistance-controlled oscillator, employing an active element and all grounded passive elements, is the purpose of this manuscript. With requirements for completing the design being only a single Voltage Differencing Current Conveyor and four grounded passive components, it is also a preferable choice for integrated circuit implementation. The designed circuit has ...

High output impedance current-mode multifunction filter using FTFNs

A new current-mode (CM) single input three outputs (SITO) multifunction filter topology is presented, which employs only three FTFNs or OFAs and five passive elements. From this topology, two filter circuits can be derived selecting the passive elements properly. The proposed filter realizes three filter functions simultaneously all at high impedance outputs. No component matching is required a...

A New Current-mode Multifunction Filter with High Impedance Outputs Using Minimum Number of Passive Elements

A new current-mode multifunction filter using minimum number of passive elements is proposed. The proposed filter has single-input and four high-impedance outputs. It uses four passive elements (two capacitors and two resistors) and four dual output second generation current conveyors. Each output provides a different filter response, namely, low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and band-reject. The ...
